Founded in 2002, the Apartment Association of Nebraska was built on a simple premise: the apartment industry is stronger when its participants work together. What began as a local gathering of owners has evolved into a vital state-wide organization serving communities of all scales.
Our approach is rooted in direct engagement. Through the Nebraska Maintenance Academy and our Online University, we provide the technical foundations required for modern property management. We navigate the complexities of legislative advocacy so our members can focus on what matters—the residents they serve.
